"I had the pleasure of working with Leta for about a month or so and it was a very very positive experience. Leta is quick with responding and she stands on her word and prompt about her business and clients. She treats her clients as she treats her family! As a first time land buyer I had several questions and she answered each one and directed me where to locate information if she wasn't able to provide it for legal reasons. Her professionalism, knowledge of real estate, patience, kindness as well as timely manner to handle business made the sale smooth and less stressful. Leta checked in occasionally to assist if needed and offered advice while working closely with her team and the attorneys to assure everything was going according to schedule. "Where do I begin? My situation was a little different from most. Leta was able to help me 100% through my home buying process as well as helping me negotiate my home purchase price 15k less than asking price!!! She didn’t budge when it came to my needs. I was moving from out of state and she made all the accommodations necessary for my closing to go smoothly, down to a virtual close with a notary present. Not to mention I needed a quick close and she was able to get me closed 30 day prior to the original closing date!!! I don’t know what other magic trick Leta can do but she definitely went over and beyond my expectations. I don’t know how many times I can say thank you, but THANK YOU Leta!!!!!
