Then she took great photos and created a listing along with additional flyers and brochures. She actively marketed my home daily and we received an offer for 100% of the asking price with a week! "Where do I begin? My situation was a little different from most. Leta was able to help me 100% through my home buying process as well as helping me negotiate my home purchase price 15k less than asking price!!! She didn’t budge when it came to my needs. I was moving from out of state and she made all the accommodations necessary for my closing to go smoothly, down to a virtual close with a notary present. Not to mention I needed a quick close and she was able to get me closed 30 day prior to the original closing date!!! I don’t know what other magic trick Leta can do but she definitely went over and beyond my expectations. I don’t know how many times I can say thank you, but THANK YOU Leta!!!!!
